About the position

This position combines managing sales cycles, account management, and up-sales by establishing and developing relationships with prospects and clients.

  • Planning and executing detailed and thorough market research.
  • Creating new business opportunities through prospecting, outbound lead generation, and networking.
  • Planning and executing a business development strategy.
  • Create cooperation with various players in the high-tech industry.
  • Manage the full sale cycle with potential clients, including negotiation and deal closing.
  • Create and lead new opportunities with existing relationships and define revenue opportunities.
  • At least 1 year of experience in business development / B2B sales, in a tech environment.
  • Experience from an Intelligence / Technical unit in the IDF or other Intelligence agency.
  • A strong footprint and networking with the ecosystem of startups in the fields of Cyber, Intelligence, and Security - a significant advantage.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and in all environments (professional proficiency in both English and Hebrew is a Must).
  • Commercial mindset, goal oriented, quick learner and self motivated.
  • Execution - can break down challenges and tasks into factors, outline a course of action, and execute.
  • Consistent overachieving attitude with an aggressive “hunter” mentality.
